TimminsToday asked each of the candidates to submit a bio to introduce themselves to the voters. Here's Ward 4 candidate Ken Steinbrunner's:
I am a lifelong resident of the east end of Timmins, retired volunteer firefighter and am currently employed by the Ministry of the Solicitor General at Monteith Correctional Complex. I was elected as a central trustee for the District School Board Ontario North East in the 2018 municipal election.
The municipal election is on Monday, Oct. 24. The other Ward 4 candidates are John Curley and Tim Jamieson.
