The Porcupine Health Unit has reported the region's 79th case of COVID-19.
PHU says the individual was tested on Monday, and is under the age of 19 living in the James and Hudson Bay Region.
They are in self-isolation and the investigation into how COVID-19 was contracted is ongoing.
