Was established in Timmins in 1998. It has grown from a residential courier,
to an industrial freight company servicing the mining and forestry sectors in Timmins and
surrounding areas, including Cochrane, Iroquois Falls, Matheson, Kirkland Lake, Mattachewan
and Chapleau.
Gold Heart picks up supplies, equipment and equipment parts from local
suppliers and delivers them to the end users. Some end users in the Mining sector we service
are Newmont (Dome, Hoyle Pond and Borden) Lakeshore Gold (Timmins West and Bell Creek),
Agnico Eagle Gold (regional office, exploration office, Macassa Mine, Detour Mine, Detour
Cochrane warehouse), I Am Gold, Glencore, McEwen Mine and Mill, Alamos Gold in
Mattachewan. With a few of the forestry sector companies we service being Eacom (Interfor),
Rockshield and Greenfirst.
Our fleet has grown from 7 to 13 vehicles including a flatbed trailer and the addition of two
standard size vehicles. The trailer is used for flatbed loads of up to 22000lbs that do not require
and enclosed box. The standard vehicles help with rushes for the local mines that require
immediate delivery of parts to keep them running as well as small in town deliveries.
Our standard operation is 5 days per week with rushes being offered at any time the service is
required to any destination in Ontario.
