Meet Jennifer M. Kelly, Personal Injury Lawyer
Jennifer M. Kelly was called to the Bar in 2010. She practices primarily in the areas of personal injury law and family law and has a passion for trial advocacy. Jennifer’s personal injury cases have included various types of motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, disability insurance disputes, and slip-and-fall accidents. Jennifer has also represented numerous victims of violent crime in hearings before Ontario’s Criminal Injuries Compensation Board. Jennifer acted as a panel agent for the Office of the Children’s Lawyer in the Cochrane district from 2013 to 2019. In this role, she represented the interests of children in various legal proceedings including custody and access matters, child protection matters and adoption proceedings.
Jennifer has been working hard to develop superb litigation and negotiation skills. She has appeared before numerous courts and administrative tribunals across the province. Jennifer is eager to put her skills and knowledge to work for you to ensure that you obtain the compensation that you deserve.
Jennifer is bilingual and is glad to be able to represent her clients throughout the province in both English and French.
Born and raised in Timmins, Ontario, Jennifer graduated from École Secondaire Catholique Thériault and then proceeded to obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Justice from the University of Laurentian followed by a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Ottawa. Jennifer is actively involved in the legal community as a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Cochrane Law Association.
Jennifer is dedicated to her community and actively supports both St. Vincent-de-Paul non-profit organization and the Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix Parish. In her spare time, Jennifer also enjoys fishing, traveling and spending time with her nieces.
