TIMMINS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

You asked, we listened. In order to better service clients, The Business Enterprise Centre has decided to extend their hours of operation twice a week. This pilot project will be in effect starting Tuesday, Nov. 15 until Wednesday, Jan. 4.

Every Tuesday and Wednesday there will be a Business Development Consultant available by appointment or walk in until 7 p.m.

The consultant can answer any questions around starting, expanding or purchasing a business. Clients can also get help with developing business plans, finding and completing funding applications, and renewing a Master Business Licence.

“At The Business Enterprise Centre, we do quarterly surveys to ensure our clients are leaving satisfied,” explains Fred Gibbons, Chair of Timmins Economic Development Corporation. “As a result from the client feedback and to enhance our customer service, we’ve decided to extend our hours of operation to provide entrepreneurs and business owners with a bigger opportunity to access the resources available in Timmins and the region.”

The Business Enterprise Centre, located at 12 Elm Street North, will be open regular business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays unless otherwise posted.
