Canadian curling championships in final days of action locally

Gold and bronze medal games being played Saturday, and there's plenty of great curling games being played today still

Action at the Under 18 Canadian Curling Championships is winding down in Timmins. 

Teams are in the playoff rounds, with the gold and bronze medal games for the men's and women's events being played tomorrow (Saturday, Feb. 11) at the McIntyre Community Centre.

The event featured 42 teams from across the country for Curling Canada's biggest tournament. 

Playoff games started at 8:30 a.m. today. There are also draws at 12:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. 

The men's finals — the gold and bronze medal games — are Saturday, Feb. 11 at 12:30 p.m. in the arena. The women's finals are at 4:30 p.m.
