Current details:
Winter weather travel advisory in effect for tonight.
Hazards:
Snow with total accumulations of 10 to 20 cm.
Reduced visibility at times in heavy snow.
Timing:
Tonight through Monday night.
Discussion:
A low pressure system will bring snow to the area beginning tonight. The heaviest snow is expected during the day on Monday. The snow will taper off to light flurries on Monday night or early Tuesday.
Travel may be hazardous due to sudden changes in the weather. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow.
