Check out these shots of Comet Neowise, and the northern lights (5 photos)

You have until August to see it

A Peawanuck woman captured Comet Neowise from her backyard.

Sky watchers have until the beginning of August to see the comet.

According to NASA, to see it you want to find a spot away from city lights. After sunset, look below the big dipper in the northwest sky. The best views of it are with binoculars or a small telescope.

While Dawn Wabano caught this photo of the comet last night (July 15), the northern lights photos were snapped throughout the winter and spring.

They were all taken in Peawanuck near Hudson Bay.

You may spot snow in some of them, as she said there was snow in the community until June.
