Timmins is recommending two councillors be selected for two provincial boards.
At the Dec. 18 meeting, council supported Coun. Mickey Auger sitting on the Ontario Good Road Association board of directors, and Coun. John Curley for the Rural Ontario Municipal Association board of directors.
While council supports the members sitting on the boards, both still have to be elected to them.
