The City of Timmins has announced the landfill sites are returning to summer hours. This year, a $3 flat fee has been added for visits to the Deloro Landfill and Tisdale Transfer Site. This is in addition to the tipping and other user fees at the site. A breakdown of the city's fees is available here.

Effective Monday, April 19, the Deloro Landfill Site will return to regular summer hours.
The Deloro Landfill will be open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:45 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
Summer hours at the Tisdale Transfer Site begin today, April 14, and are Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Summer hours at the German Township Landfill Site begin Saturday, May 1, and are Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.
Those using a landfill are reminded to practice all public health measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
