KIRKLAND LAKE – Members of the Kirkland Lake Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a man with numerous criminal offences.
The charges stem from an investigation into a person breaking into the Franny’s restaurant and damaging multiple items.
Charged is Patrick RYAN, age 24 of Kirkland Lake, Ontario with Break Enter a Place-Commit Indictable Offence, Disguise with Intent, Possession Break In Instruments and Fail to Comply with Probation Order.
The incident occurred in the early morning on September 14, 2015.
The accused is schedule to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Kirkland Lake on October 29, 2015.
