Two Remembrance Day ceremonies are being held in Timmins.
At the Timmins cenotaph in Hollinger Park, the service starts just before 11 a.m. Because of the Connecting Link construction detour, a lot of traffic is expected in the area. Drivers and pedestrians are asked to be careful.
In South Porcupine, the ceremony is held at the legion located at 46 Legion Dr.
People are asked to be in place for the service by 10:40 a.m.
Flags at City of Timmins facilities will be lowered to half-mast on Nov. 11.
