A glitchy app means a little bonus for people heading downtown Timmins today (April 18).
The HotSpot Parking app used by the City of Timmins is not working. While the app company is working on the issue, the city says parking will be free today in municipal lots and at designated parking metres.
"Parking offences like blocking driveways, parking on the sidewalk, or not adhering to accessible parking rules will still be enforced," said the City of Timmins in a Facebook post.
