The Timmins Police Service has determined the identity of a deceased person found behind the Porcupine Mall early on Monday morning (Nov. 12) as Chelsea Nakogee, 28 of Porcupine, Ont.
Next of kin notifications have been addressed by the Timmins Police Service.
This matter remains under investigation with the Timmins Police Service – Criminal Investigations Division.
A post-mortem examination is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon at facilities in the Sudbury area.
Investigators with the Timmins Police Service are actively trying to determine a timeline as to when the deceased was last observed prior to her death.
