A rainfall warning has been issued for Kirkland Lake and Englehart.
Today (Aug. 27), heavy rain and thunderstorms are forecasted and could bring up to 50 millimetres of rain, according to the Environment Canada warning.
"The heaviest rainfall is expected to end early this evening. Showers and thunderstorms may continue tonight however they are expected to be lighter," reads the alert.
The warning is expected to be in place until early this evening.
