If you’re dying to hear what bands will be hitting the stage for Rock on the River, the wait is almost over.
The Timmins Festivals and Events Committee will be revealing the lineup Wednesday, May 9.
The two-day event is being held July 27 and 28.
Earlier this year, TFEC chair John Olaveson told TimminsToday that this year’s concerts will feature two of the biggest headliners they’ve had.
“2018 will be following the 2017 format, with a more pop orientated, family friendly night on Friday, and a heavier rock night on the Saturday. The festival will be open to all ages and will feature a revamped 19+ VIP section,” reads a news release from the committee.
“Internationally known headliners will be taking the stage each night for one of the biggest shows Timmins has ever seen! We had to upgrade our stage to book these acts. We can’t wait to get this news off our chest!”
