The water level at Porcupine Lake remains high after a water risk advisory was issued earlier this week.
The Timmins Flood Advisory Committee says the recent rain is behind the elevated water levels at the lake and on Porcupine River.
The situation is being monitored daily and the warning is in effect until Sept. 20 unless it is updated before then.
