The results are in from this year's Santa Claus parade.
Santa and Mrs. Claus toured the streets of downtown Timmins on Saturday (Nov. 18) for the popular annual event that organizers say attracted more than 15,000 people. There were also over 1,000 parade participants and volunteers.
The Downtown Timmins has announced this year's winning floats. They are:

- Best Small Entry: Ecole Secondaire Publique Renaissance
- Best Large Entry: Harley Owners Group Timmins 9998
- Most Spirited: Melissa Kelly Dance Academy & Girones Bourdon Kelly Lawyers
- Brightest: Filipino Association in Timmins & Lady Luck Family Restaurant
- Best Animated: Timmins High & Vocational School
- Most Creative O’Gorman High School
- Most Original: Riverpark Laundry
- Most Artistic: CDSSAB/CDPS
- Best Animals: Spoiled Rawt’n
- Best Choreograph: Northern Diamond Academy of Dance
- Best Musical: Timmins Festival & Event Committee
- Judges Choice: 360 Boring Services Inc.
- Honorable Mention: Timmins Ringette Association & Merv Russell
