Thursday January 29th – Overnight Snow Plowing –
Further to the recent winter storm, the Department of Public Works has been undertaking plowing and sanding operations on main roads and some high traffic sidewalk routes during the morning and early afternoon.
The Public Works Department Equipment and Crews, and Contractor Supported Operations, will be deployed across the entire City of Timmins, on Thursday January 29th at approximately 11:30PM. Crews will be working overnight to clean up all roads, sidewalks, parking lots, and laneways.
A reminder that the Winter Parking Ban is effect and parking on the street is not permitted on any day, between the hours of 23:30hrs to 07:30hrs, from November 1st through April 30th.
