NEWS RELEASE

CRIME STOPPERS

**************************
Crime Stoppers and the Ministry of Natural Resources need your help to identify persons in connection with the hunting of a moose along Highway 655.

A previous request was issued for the public’s assistance in identifying suspects who shot and killed a moose on the side of Highway 655 on the 27th of October, 2014.

New information was received in the form of a photograph showing 2 individuals and their vehicle at the scene.

The image shows a newer dark coloured Dodge pick-up truck with chrome bumpers and chrome grill.

The selfish killing of moose outside the laws affects the closely managed population and puts the public at risk when safety is disregarded.

Please help the Ministry of Natural Resources bring these poachers to justice by calling Crime Stoppers at 705-268-8477, or use the internet at tipsubmit.com to place your anonymous tip.

Your call is never taped or traced, and you could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2000 if your information helps solve this case.

Remember, Crime doesn’t pay, Crime Stoppers does!
