Four regions in the northeast — Timmins, North Bay, Blind River and Cache Bay — are offering student positions this year.
The community policing assistant positions are part of the summer employment opportunities (SEO) program.
To qualify, students must be enrolled in a secondary of post-secondary institution or have graduated December 2023 or later, be at least 15 years old by the first day of the job, living in Ontario during the employment contract, and legally able to work in Canada.
