OPP wish to advise motorists that Hwy 11 is now open to traffic.

Original 4 p.m. advisory - Hwy 11 Between Smooth Rock Falls and Hwy 655 closed
James Bay (Smooth Rock Falls) Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police advise of the following Road Advisory:
Location: Hwy 11 – Between Smooth Rock Falls and Hwy 655
Brief Description of Event: As a result of deteriorating weather condition a number of property damage only vehicle collisions have occurrence. As a result OPP members have closed the Hwy to facilitate vehicle removals.
Detour (if available): Nil
Estimated duration of Road Advisory: 1 – 2 hrs.
The O.P.P. will distribute details and updates of the road advisory as information becomes available.
Please do not call O.P.P. Provincial Communication Centres for road advisory updates or road condition information.
