Timmins Rock vs. Greater Sudbury Cubs
Friday, Jan 31, 7 p.m.
McIntyre Arena, 85 McIntyre Rd.

Timmins’ Junior A hockey squad is on home ice for a regular season game. The box office opens 90 minutes before the puck drops. Tickets at the door are $15 for adults, $12 for seniors (60 years and up) and students, $9 for youth ages seven to 12, and $7 for children six and under with a guardian. Sitting on the licensed balcony is $17. Tickets are also available online here

Public Skating
Saturday, Feb. 1, 2-2:50 p.m., McIntyre Arena, 85 McIntyre Rd.
Saturday, Feb. 1, 4-4:50 p.m., Whitney Arena, 4969 Hwy. 101, Porcupine

The ice is open! Public skates happen Saturdays throughout the winter, except during private events. Get on the ice for $5. The list of blackout dates and more is available on the City of Timmins website.

Campfire Comedy
Saturday, Feb. 1, 8 p.m.
Full Beard, 219 Wilson Ave.

Featuring Headliner Mark Menei, Trevor Green, Ben Nash, and hosted by Brandon Cordeiro. Tickets available online here.

 

 

 

Lace Up 

There are maintained outdoor rinks at Leo DelVillano Park, the Mountjoy Arena, Roy Nicholson Park and the Whitney Arena. The Hollinger Skate Path in the heart of the city is also open for the season.
