Timmins’ Junior A hockey squad is on home ice for a regular season game. The box office opens 90 minutes before the puck drops. Tickets at the door are $15 for adults, $12 for seniors (60 years and up) and students, $9 for youth ages seven to 12, and $7 for children six and under with a guardian. Sitting on the licensed balcony is $17. Tickets are also available online here.
Winter Wonders and Wishes

Fill an Ambulance Toy Drive
Saturday, Nov. 30, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Cochrane District Paramedic Services (CDSP) and staff from the Cochrane District Services Board are collecting donations in the Walmart and Canadian Tire parking lots. They're accepting new, unwrapped toys, gifts and cash donations to support children and youth up to 18-plus years. The donations are for the North Eastern Ontario Family and Children's Services (NEOFACS) annual Community Angel Campaign. More than 20 Indigenous artisans are lined up for the return of this annual show. There will be handmade jewelry, clothing, carvings, and more. There’s also drumming and dancing demonstrations, hand-on beading workshop and Indian tacos will be for sale. Admission is free.
Annual Santa Parade

Mountjoy
The Mountjoy Fire Station's annual Santa parade is ready to hit the streets. Santa is making his way through the Mountrjoy area to spread holiday cheer on Saturday! Donations for the food bank are being collected.
