1933-2014 - The family announces with sorrow his passing on Saturday December 13, 2014 at the Timmins and District Hospital, at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Rollande (nee Ringuette). Loving father of Ronald (Madeleine) of Moosonee, Joel (Kim) of North Bay, Guylaine of Toronto and the late Catheline (2001). Cherished grandfather of Lauren, Melissa, Nicole, Christianna, Chantal, Darryl & Russell, Joel, Scott & Stephanie, Diedre-Ann & Patrick, also survived by many great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Aurele (Lisette) of Elliot Lake, Gustave (late Gisele) of Timmins, Rene (Lorraine) of Ramore. He is survived by his sisters-in-law Rollande Rheault and Gisele Rheault and by several nieces and nephews. Laurent is predeceased by his first wife Denise, his parents Alfred & Marguerite Rheault and by his siblings Isabelle, Cyril, Noel and O’Neil. Mr. Rheault loved to travel. He was a construction worker and was an employee of Bluebird Construction and Roy Construction.
Funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Tuesday December 16, 2014, at St-Joseph Parish. Interment will follow at the Timmins Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday December 16 from 1-2 pm at St-Joseph Parish. Funeral arrangements are in the care of Lessard-Stephens Funeral Home (705)268-4488. Cher grand-père de Lauren, Melissa, Nicole, Christianna, Chantal, Darryl et Russell, Joel, Scott et Stephanie, Diedre-Ann et Patrick. Survécu par plusieurs arrière-petits-enfants. Cher frère d’Aurele (Lisette) d’Elliot Lake, Gustave (feue Gisele) de Timmins, Rene (Lorraine) de Ramore. Aussi survécu par ses belles-soeurs Rollande Rheault et Gisele Rheault et par plusieurs nieces et neveux. Laurent fut prédécédé par sa première épouse Denise, ses parents Alfred & Marguerite Rheault, sa sœur Isabelle, et ses frères Cyril, Noel et O’Neil. M. Rheault aimait beaucoup voyager. Il était un travailleur de la construction et employeur de Bluebird Construction, ainsi que Roy Construction.
