North East Tri-Board Student Transportation has announced this morning that all school vehicles in all areas are cancelled.
The cancellation affects buses in Timmins and the surrounding area.
For District School Board Ontario North East students in Grades 9 to 12, there is virtual learning on snow days. Schools are open for secondary students in high support programs for in-person learning.
Schools are open for students in kindergarten to Grade 8.
Temagami Public School, Elk Lake Public School, and Kerns Public School are closed.
The North East Tri-Board Student Transportation provides services for District School Board Ontario North East, the Northeastern Catholic District School Board, and Conseil scolaire public du Nord-Est de l'Ontario.
