Get ready to cheer on riders and hit the trails as Snowmobile Week hits Timmins.
To celebrate, activities are scheduled from March 2 to 10.
“Snowmobiling has been a part of Timmins’ culture since the late 1950s!” said Timmins Snowmobile Club (TSC) president Marc Lapalme in a news release.
“If you live in Timmins you most likely know what a snowmobile is. More than this, the OFSC (Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs) is celebrating its 51st anniversary this year and the TSC has been a member of the OFSC for over 25 years. Snowmobile week in Timmins signifies yet another great example of how important organized snowmobiling is to our community. The Timmins Snowmobile Club, along with the OFSC, are very proud to provide our members with the Best Snowmobiling Trails!”
