The winter weather has arrived and that means that city crews will be out clearing snow.
Public works crews will be doing snow removal day and night this week.
According to the City of Timmins, the schedule for overnight snow removal, which is done between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m., is:
Sunday, Jan. 28
- Timmins - Wilson, Commercial
Monday, Jan. 29
- South Porcupine - King, Harold
Tuesday, Jan. 30
- Timmins - Brunette, Railway, Mountjoy
Wednesday, Jan. 31
- Timmins - Toke from James to Ross, Sixth
Daytime snow removal runs from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

- Timmins - Belanger, Rea
- South Porcupine - Main from Harold to dead end, Moore from Harold to dead end, Legion from Powell to Harold, Legion Harold to dead end, Fern from Crawford to Legion
Tuesday, Jan. 30
- Timmins - Patricia from Eighth to Ross, Leone, Howard, Burke, Harmony, Kay
- South Porcupine - Hellen, Helmer, Sony, Julie, Nadine
Wednesday, Jan. 31
- Timmins - Seventh, Ninth, Drew, Borden, Laurier
- Porcupine - Spillenaar, Tynne, Davie, Daniel, Grace
Thursday, Feb. 1
