South Porcupine Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police advise of the following Road Opening:
Location: Highway 144 between Hwy 560 and Hwy 101
Re-Opened: February 8, 2016 at 10:03 a.m.

Ontario Provincial Police advise that Highway 144 between Highway 560 and Highway 101 is closed after a tractor trailer became jackknifed north of Mattagami First Nation.
It it not known how long the road will be closed and OPP advise there are no detours available.
Meanwhile, Highway 11 is open to one lane now between Kapuskasing and Hearst after a tractor trailer fire at Opasatika on Hwy 11.
