Skoser Merch and Custom Printing held their grand opening ceremony today in South Porcupine.

Ward 2 councillor Walter Wawrzaszek was on hand to present a plaque on behalf of the City of Timmins.

“It’s great to see new businesses open up in South Porcupine, because there aren’t many these days. I know he’s a good South End boy, and I’m hoping he’ll do really well” said Wawrzaszek.

Paul Mascaro and his family are excited about the enthusiasm they’ve felt from the community.

“It’s been overwhelming. Ever since the article was posted on TimminsToday, so many people have congratulated me and wished me luck. People are excited about a new business in South Porcupine and I’m very thankful for everyone taking an interest in what we’re doing. I hope good things lie ahead and we’re nice and busy” said Mascaro.

The store will be open from 10am to 6pm on weekdays, and 12pm to 5pm on weekends.
