Snowfall warning in effect for:
Kirkland Lake - Englehart - New Liskeard - Temagami
A long period of snowfall, with total amounts of close to 25 cm expected.
A slow-moving disturbance currently over Northern Minnesota will work its way eastwards into Northeastern Ontario on Saturday.
Periods of snow have occurred overnight and will continue intermittently today and tonight with more organized snow on Saturday.
Accumulations of roughly 5 cm may be expected today and again tonight with another 15 cm or so on Saturday.
It is expected to taper off Saturday night.
Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions.
Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.
Snowfall Warnings are issued when significant snowfall is expected.
