TIMMINS - The hospital's website has a new look.

Timmins and District Hospital (TADH) has launched a new website that caters to patients, families, visitors and healthcare partners, according a hospital news release.

“It connects directly with two of our Strategic Plan’s priorities: improve the patient experience, and focus on equity and social accountability,” said president and CEO Kate Fyfe in a news release.

“In designing it  to meet these goals, we took into consideration feedback we’ve received over the years from  our virtual visitors, and our Patient and Family Advisory Committee.”

Popular sections like the emergency department wait times, what to bring to the hospital, and how to use the telemedicine program are back. There's also new information like the cafeteria menu, programming details, and a monthly CEO blog.

“We’ve built this website for you,” said Fyfe. “And we’re always looking for feedback. If you  have thoughts on how to improve it, or other types of information you’d like to see on it, please let us know.”

Provide feedback on the website or care you've receive from the hospital here or call 705-267-2131.
