Two Timmins men are facing charges following thefts from several non-profit organizations in Timmins.

On March 23, 2015, two individuals attended a building which houses three non-profit organizations.

Investigation by patrol officers revealed that the building was accessed by using force, and several items were stolen, including house wares, donated food and beverage items, and a quantity of currency.

The value of the items taken is approximately $400.

There was also approximately $2,000 of damage sustained to the building.

Joshua DIAMOND, 30, of Timmins, and Randall SUTHERLAND, 33, of Timmins were charged with three counts of Break, Enter and Commit Indictable Offence.

Diamond was also charged with Breach of Probation.

Both were held pending a bail hearing scheduled for March 25, 2015.
