MATTICE - A snowmobiler was left with life-altering injuries after a New Year's Eve crash, says police.
The crash happened on Third Street North in Mattice on Dec. 31 around 10:30 p.m.
At the scene, James Bay OPP and Cochrane District Paramedic Services located the driver, who was brought to the hospital by ambulance. Investigators were on the scene for over 12 hours, and it was cleared around noon on Jan. 1.
OPP's traffic incident management enforcement (TIME) team is helping with the ongoing investigation.
