A blast by Custom Concrete was felt in the Porcupine area this morning.
Around 9 a.m. houses shook when the company blasted at a pit on Highway 655.
When blasting takes place, operations manager Aaron Savord said the company notifies the required organizations including the mines, police, and Ministry of Environment.
He said another blast is scheduled for tomorrow morning (Dec. 19) around 9 a.m.
