TIMMINS - It's a boy!
Timmins Mayor Michelle Boileau, her husband Andrew Morrish and daughter Rosalie welcomed a baby boy to their family on Monday, Sept. 23, the City of Timmins announced on Facebook today.
Felix Francis Morrish weighed in at 8 pounds 3 ounces and is 20 inches long.
"Mother and baby are back home and trying to rest," reads the post.
Boileau announced her pregnancy earlier this year. She is the third female mayor in the city and the first to have a baby while in office.

She was a city councillor when she had her first child, Rosalie, who is now four years old.
Earlier this year, she said she'd be taking a parental leave, which allows her to be absent from up to 20 council meetings.
In Timmins there is no elected deputy mayor.
When the mayor cannot chair a meeting or attend an event, a list created at the start of the council term determines which councillor steps in when the mayor is absent.
The councillors on the roster during the expected leave are Cory Robin and Andrew Marks.
