COCHRANE - Police are asking for the public's help to identify a person of interest in a fraud investigation, where a stolen debit card was used to make $1,000 of purchases over two days.
James Bay OPP says a stolen debit card was used to buy $1,000 of items at eight Cochrane businesses. The 19 transactions were made on Nov. 1 and 2.
