Timmins man killed in Highway 11 crash

Police say there is no evidence to support any charges at this time

GREENSTONE - A Timmins man was killed in a crash in northwestern Ontario. 

The collision between a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) and motor vehicle happened on Wednesday (Feb. 19) around 5 p.m. on Highway 11 just east of Highway 584 in Greenstone.

The victim is a 40-year-old man from Timmins, said Greenstone OPP.

The highway was closed in both directions for the investigation and reopened just before 3 a.m. 

Police say there is no evidence to support any charges at this time.
