TIMMINS - A suspect police allege was breaking into a vehicle in Timmins has been charged.
On Feb. 27 just before midnight, the Timmins Police Service says an officer on patrol saw someone breaking into a vehicle. It happened in the Pine Street North area between Ross and Brousseau.
A 36-year-old man is charged with:
- Adult Mischief Under $5,000
- Adult Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
- Adult Possession of Break-In Instruments
- Adult Obstruct Peace Officer
- Two Counts of Adult Fail to Comply with Probation Order
- Adult Theft Under $5,000
The accused is still in police custody and appears in court on March 7.
