Chloe Love is described as:

- 17 years old
- white
- 5'4"
- 110 lbs.
- long, straight auburn hair
- blue eyes
She was last seen wearing a black coat with purple and blue designs, a lilac toque, a black and white shirt, black track pants, and black moccasins with grey fur. She was last seen pulling a black suitcase.
